Use this page to pay for existing membership, existing subscriptions, or invoices only. To pay for other things, put the description into the “Invoice No.” field and enter the amount you wish to pay in the “Amount due” field. The PayPal surcharge will be calculated for you.

If you have been issued with an invoice you should just enter the invoice number, your location (for PayPal charge purposes), and the amount noted on the invoice.
